We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00. Please describe what the problem concerns in your booking — it helps us set aside the right amount of time.

Currently within one week. For acute problems such as a sudden rash, a painful inflammation or a suspicious mole, we try to fit you in the same or the following day — in that case call reception in the morning on +420 731 928 514.

We try to deal with acute problems as a priority. Call in the morning on +420 731 928 514 and reception will find you the nearest free slot. We are open Monday to Friday 8:00–17:00; an examination outside opening hours is possible by arrangement for CZK 2,500.

We have contracts with five health insurers: VZP (111), Vojenská zdravotní pojišťovna (201), OZP (207), Zaměstnanecká pojišťovna Škoda (209) and ZP MV ČR (211). For procedures these insurers cover, you pay nothing on top. If you are insured with ČPZP (205) or RBP (213), we will treat you as a self-payer and tell you the price in advance.

Insurance does not cover aesthetic procedures or the removal of lesions for purely cosmetic reasons. Online consultations, examinations outside opening hours and digital dermoscopy are also not covered. All venereology at our clinic is self-pay as well — testing for sexually transmitted infections and venereology consultations are not reimbursed by any health insurer, not even where symptoms are present. Patients insured outside our five contracted insurers pay for all procedures themselves. We will tell you whether a particular procedure is covered before it is carried out.

No. Examination with a digital dermatoscope is not covered by any health insurer, not even for our contracted patients. Examination of one to three moles costs CZK 500, a full-body scan CZK 1,500. A standard dermatology consultation is covered as usual for patients of our contracted insurers — it is specifically digital dermoscopy that is not.

Your health insurance card, proof of identity and a list of the medication you take regularly — including over-the-counter products and food supplements. If you have previous medical reports or histology results, bring those too. For a mole check, come without make-up and without nail polish.

An initial dermatology consultation takes around 30 minutes, a follow-up roughly 15 minutes. A full-body dermatoscopic examination takes 20 to 30 minutes depending on the number of moles. A dermatological surgical procedure under local anaesthetic usually takes 20 to 30 minutes.

Every sample we take is sent for histological examination to the Unilabs laboratory, located immediately next to the clinic. The sample goes for processing straight after the procedure and the result reaches us electronically, directly into your records, usually within seven days. We always explain it to you in person or by phone, never in writing alone.

An initial dermatology consultation costs CZK 1,500 and a follow-up CZK 800. An examination outside opening hours costs CZK 2,500 and an online consultation CZK 1,500. Trichology services range from CZK 1,000 to CZK 1,700, and a venereology consultation starts at CZK 2,000. The full overview is in our price list.

We accept both card and cash. We always tell you the price of a procedure in advance, before it is carried out, so there are no surprises at reception.

We are at Vítězné náměstí 817/9, 160 00 Praha 6 - Bubeneč, on the boundary between Dejvice and Bubeneč, on the second floor of a building with a lift. The nearest metro station is Dejvická on line A, right on Vítězné náměstí, from which it is under two minutes on foot. A number of tram and bus routes also stop on the square.

Yes, you can park in the streets around the clinic. Paid parking zones apply on Vítězné náměstí and in the adjacent streets, so expect a charge. The metro is more convenient, though: Dejvická station on line A is right on the square, under two minutes from us.

Yes, the entrance to the clinic is step-free and the clinic is on the second floor, reached by lift. If you need someone to accompany you or more time for your examination, please let us know when booking and we will adjust both the appointment and the visit accordingly.

Yes, we also provide paediatric dermatology — most often for atopic eczema, childhood acne, warts and molluscum. A legal guardian must be present for a child's examination, along with the child's insurance card.

Yes. We conduct examinations in Czech, English and Russian, so patients from abroad can be seen without difficulty. In Dejvice, home to a number of embassies and to ČVUT, many of our patients appreciate this. Our website is available in all three languages.
